Raytheon is looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist to join the Land Air Defense Systems Supply Chain Acquisition team. You will work with suppliers to obtain pricing, negotiate and monitor performance. This includes developing and maintaining compliant procurement documentation, updating business system (SAP/PRISM) with the latest schedules/financial information, maintaining status and plans for program and management reporting. This is a remote position located in the United States. What You Will Do - Preparation and issuance of RFIs, RFPs. Letter Subcontracts, POs - Place purchase orders of medium to high complexity in accordance with all regulatory (FAR/DFAR) and corporate compliance requirements for various complex subcontract (Cost Type, Incentive Type, Firm Fixed, etc.). - Perform price and cost analysis techniques in support of proposals and placements. -Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure the cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. -Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships to secure the best terms and conditions. -Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and assess their capabilities. -Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure procurement activities align with business goals. -Monitor and manage supplier performance, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and quality standards. - Maintain POs to ensure accurate and timely supplier delivery information. -Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and supplier performance. -Identify and mitigate risks related to procurement and supply chain activities. -Ensure adherence to RTX Corporation’s procurement policies and procedures. -Continuously evaluate and improve procurement processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Qualifications We Prefer Experience communicating effectively both verbally and in writing with internal customers and suppliers. The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
