• You will lead program execution for a federal health portfolio, ensuring clarity, alignment, and accountability across stakeholders. You will serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership, helping translate strategy into executable plans while maintaining strong relationships with client counterparts. • You will oversee program governance, manage schedules and priorities, track risks and dependencies, and ensure consistent communication across teams. You will support decision-making by providing clear insights into program health, tradeoffs, and outcomes. You will also help establish and reinforce operating rhythms that support predictable delivery in a regulated environment. • This role requires comfort operating at both the strategic and execution levels, particularly in settings where expectations are high, timelines matter, and communication must be clear and measured

• Lead Digital Trade Compliance Initiatives: Design, implement, and scale automation and AI solutions across operating companies. • Drive Tariff Mitigation and Duty-Reduction Strategies: Project manage initiatives that optimize tariff management. • Establish Governance and Execution Frameworks: Develop project charters, milestones, success metrics, and maintain dashboards. • Coordinate Cross-Functional Workstreams: Align Trade Compliance SMEs, IT developers, and business process owners. • Champion Change-Management and Adoption: Promote user adoption through training and communication.
