• Conduct phone and email outreach to prospective donors, securing meetings with senior leadership. • Engage prospects professionally over the phone, discussing financial contributions and alignment with organizational goals. • Follow up consistently, tracking pending pledges and re-engaging unreachable prospects. • Cultivate and nurture relationships, fostering potential donor engagement. • Maintain detailed records of all outreach activities and interactions in Salesforce. • Build a portfolio of committed donors from secured prospects. • Report outcomes and progress regularly to the Sr. VP of External Relations • Perform additional related duties as assigned.

• Managing donor data and communications. • Leveraging the Salesforce platform to generate strategic data reports. • Coordinating donor outreach communications. • Executing targeted email campaigns to support fundraising and engagement objectives. • Pulling requested reports for email campaigns as needed. • Preparing and sending mass emails to donors and/or prospects. • Preparing portfolio reports as requested by development officers. • Unsubscribing contacts who wish to be removed from the email or mailing list. • Reviewing list of bounced or undelivered emails and researching correct replacement emails. • Other related duties, as assigned.

• Responsible for the day-to-day support and strategic growth of fundraising programs. • Develop and execute strategies to acquire, retain and upgrade small donors. • Cultivate strong relationships with supporters. • Increase revenue with the overall goal of supporting the organization’s overall fundraising goals. • Report to the Senior VP of External Relations (Development).
