Director of Marketing
JumpstartMD
• Own setup, QA, and optimization of HubSpot campaigns: email, SMS, push, in-app, workflows, lead routing, and A/B tests. • Manage referral flows via BirdEye. • Maintain campaign documentation and funnel metrics in Trello. • Collaborate with Sales and Clinical leaders to align funnel definitions, SLAs, and lifecycle campaigns. • Integrate and manage marketing tech: Salesforce, HubSpot, CallRail, BirdEye, Twilio. • Plan and run A/B tests on Webflow and HubSpot pages to improve booking and conversion rates. • Own website content updates, including program launches and blog posts. • Work with design/dev to launch CRO experiments and signup flows. • Build dashboards in Salesforce, Tableau, HubSpot. • Own channel attribution logic and reporting using Salesforce + CallRail. • Present actionable insights to leadership based on campaign and funnel data.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years in digital marketing with CRM ownership and B2C acquisition focus.
- Hands-on expertise with HubSpot and Salesforce for automation, lead management, and reporting.
- Proficiency with performance dashboards (Tableau or similar), A/B testing, UTMs, attribution setup.
- Experience launching and optimizing full-funnel campaigns across web, email, paid media, and SMS.
- Proven ability to lead creative development (copy, design, offers) across channels.
- Strong analytical mindset with comfort in funnel reporting (MQL to membership start).
- Based in California.
