• Lead the Driver Framework team, responsible for the core Android platform applications powering our Driver Experience ecosystem • Drive the technical vision and strategy for the mobile platform, ensuring scalability, modularity, and consistency across the fleet • Partner with Product Management and other engineering teams to define the long-term technical roadmap for the Driver Framework platform, balancing new feature development with technical debt reduction • Set and communicate team priorities that support the broader organization's goals. Align on strategy, processes, and decision-making with the team • Own delivery of highly reliable, mission-critical software used by thousands of drivers daily • Lead the consolidation of platform capabilities across legacy and newly acquired technologies - evaluating, selecting, and unifying components where needed • Oversee the management of platform SDKs consumed by other feature teams, ensuring clarity, documentation, and a strong backward-compatibility strategy • Manage the day-to-day operations of the team, including project planning, resource allocation, sprint execution, and managing shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment • Establish strong engineering processes for code quality, release management, observability, testing, and platform reliability • Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement as we scale into new markets and adapt to changing regulatory and customer requirements • Provide technical leadership and guidance to both your team members and your project peers. Advocate for the team’s technical interests and needs • Form and maintain strong cross-functional relationships across engineering to achieve alignment with other teams • Act as a servant leader who removes roadblocks, facilitates technical decisions, and empowers engineers to take on challenging projects

• Run day-to-day activities of a dynamic engineering teams, including requirements grooming, scrums, retrospectives and team outings • Design, build, and maintain APIs, user-facing experiences, services, and systems. • Provide technical and architectural direction for the development, design, integration, testing, and maintenance of our platform • Lead agile software processes for engineering teams and introduce best-in-class industry practices • Partner with stakeholders to ensure the teams' contributions align with company objectives, develop technology roadmaps and set realistic product release schedules • Perform full lifecycle of team management to attract, engage, retain, coach and performance manage teams of exceptional engineers (e.g., mentoring, recruiting, training and development, performance evaluation) • Act as an internal ambassador for the engineering team to other groups, communicating the opportunities and constraints technology offers to the development of projects • Manage technical debt to ensure our development velocity stays responsive and predictable while minimizing production incidents of our operations • Contribute to engineering-wide initiatives as a member of Circle's engineering management team • Coordinate the execution of these activities working with cross-functional teams within Circle

• Lead full-stack delivery: Direct one or more teams that own several backend services and front-end applications; own the end-to-end delivery of the domain roadmap; set clear objectives, groom several sprints of backlog, and hold the bar on Jira hygiene and velocity transparency. • Drive product road-mapping & prioritization: Serve as a strategic partner to Product Managers to translate business goals into measurable milestones and customer outcomes; balance new feature work with technical debt and platform investments. • Coach, develop, and scale talent: Provide frequent 1-1s, actionable feedback, and growth plans for senior engineers and leads; mentor emerging managers as the org expands; cultivate a diverse, inclusive culture of psychological safety and continuous learning. • Steward production reliability & security: Own SLOs, on-call rotations, incident command, and post-mortem learning; ensure adherence to security and compliance maintenance guidelines and vulnerability-remediation SLAs. • Operational excellence through metrics: Use a data-driven approach to continuous improvement, monitoring DORA, change-failure rate, incident MTTR, and CapEx accuracy; initiate improvement plans when trends deviate from targets. • Architectural guidance & modernization: Review designs for extensibility, backwards compatibility, and cost efficiency (backend); guide the technical strategy for reusable components, modular architecture, and developer ergonomics (frontend); promote modern practices in CI/CD, observability, and DevSecOps across all owned systems. • Cross-functional influence: Coordinate integrations with adjacent domains, negotiate timelines and API contracts, and represent Core Services in company-wide program reviews. • Hiring & org shaping: Partner with Talent Acquisition to build a diverse pipeline, run structured interviews, and make evidence-based hiring decisions; forecast head-count needs as product scope grows.

• Provide strategic leadership for engineering and quality assurance teams, including Work Truck Solutions directors, managers and external outsourcing partners. • Establish technical roadmap based on platform and market requirements • Drive operational discipline and unified processes across teams to enable scalable, predictable, and high-quality software delivery. • Ensure secure software development practices aligned with regulatory and other requirements. • Partner with product and business leaders to align engineering execution with Work Truck Solutions strategic goals and growth objectives. • Scale engineering/QA operations and talent efficiently through the use of technology, include AI tools, best practices and staff development. • Lead integration efforts for acquired teams and technologies, ensuring successful alignment of people, processes, and platforms. • Establish and continuously refine engineering best practices, performance metrics, and governance frameworks. • Mentor and develop engineering directors and managers, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation. • Ensure effective resource allocation, vendor management, and budget oversight to optimize global delivery.
