• Leading cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product Management, Network Operations, Sales, Services, and Support to support the product roadmap. • Proactively addressing and reducing risks while creating alternative strategies for potential scenarios. • Maintaining and communicating backlog of work with key stakeholders, guiding them on priorities based on business needs. • Communicating program status and expectation changes to senior leaders with appropriate frequency, using standardized methods. • Maintaining and iterating on a roadmap of committed work through the current calendar.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing projects and programmes effectively.
- Experience working within a technical team and a good understanding of the software development life cycle.
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
- Experience working with Internet technologies or protocols such as DNS, HTTP, TCP/IP.
- Ability to analyze workload and communicate technical issues to senior stakeholders of varying technical ability.
