Job Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive experience in technical program management or engineering, with a significant portion spent delivering complex software projects within a US government or national security context.
- Mastery of Organizational Diplomacy: A proven ability to influence without authority, bringing together diverse teams from across the company to solve problems and hit deadlines.
- Technical Fluency: A strong background in software development processes and a deep understanding of modern technical infrastructure. You should be able to speak the language of engineers and data scientists comfortably.
- Cybersecurity Domain Expertise: Familiarity with key concepts including Zero Trust Architecture, Application Security, Threat Hunting, and Incident Response.
- Active US Government Security Clearance: You must be a US Citizen with an active TS/SCI clearance.
- High-Growth Mindset: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a startup environment where you must wear multiple hats and adapt to evolving mission needs.
