• Partner with company leaders to build and execute an engineering strategy • Build company ability to demonstrate value of our engineering efforts • Drive and lead a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement • Partner with Program Directors and individual engineers to ensure successful quality and delivery of our work • Partner with the growth team to help develop solutions to new opportunities • Lead professional development of senior engineering leaders within the company
Job Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience leading engineering teams, including at least 5 years experience leading engineering efforts in a consulting-oriented organization
- Experience leading engineering efforts in a growth-stage environment or scaling an engineering organization.
- Experience leading engineering efforts with a drive toward company growth.
- Experience building the systems and developing the personnel to create a culture of innovation, curiosity, and excellence
