• Lead database migration projects, including MSSQL, Oracle and PostgreSQL conversions for enterprise clients. • Design and implement migration strategies ensuring minimal downtime and data integrity. • Collaborate with engineering teams on cloud integration (AWS, Azure) and automation workflows. • Provide technical leadership for complex migration initiatives and performance tuning. • Support client engagements requiring project management, client facing skills, advanced technical troubleshooting and secure configuration.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering roles
- Proven track record in troubleshooting and system-level programming
- Experience with ERP systems and enterprise application support
