Avature
• Responsible for creating a detailed project plan that incorporates all customer requirements • Coordinate activities between customers, installation/assembly contractors, internal departments and subcontractors, and act as the primary point of contact for project-related matters • Awarding and managing subcontracted trades within the project • Reviewing drawings and bills of materials and preparing order confirmations for customers • Conducting site visits and supervising installation/construction sites, both on-site and from the office • Cost estimation and project scheduling • Monitoring project progress and coordinating task allocation • Early identification of project risks and uncertainties and implementation of risk mitigation measures • Participation in all project-related meetings • Responsible for preparing and conducting project handovers and acceptance inspections
Job Requirements
- Professional experience in project management, ideally with background in project execution and support in logistics or intralogistics
- Degree in mechanical engineering, engineering sciences, or a comparable qualification
- Proficient in SAP, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office applications
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a strong sense of responsibility
- Strong negotiation skills, excellent communication, and a high customer orientation
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
- Willingness to travel extensively and a valid Class B driving license

• Plan and coordinate projects • Ensure smooth project execution through close coordination with internal teams and external partners • Collaborate with internal experts, architects, engineers and consultants to ensure technical consistency • Manage contracts, related documentation and any amendments • Lead discussions with clients, suppliers and subcontractors on commercial aspects, scope and project performance • Establish, monitor and control budgets and financial forecasts • Identify and analyze project risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures • Lead, motivate and coordinate the project team
• You will work closely with colleagues in Insights & Consulting and Sales & Strategic Growth on bids and cost estimates for accurate pricing of our solutions, and bring a project management discipline to delivering our work on-time, at high quality, within budget and ideally with a healthy margin. • Upon being awarded the work, you kick off the project with the internal systems and project team. • You are critical to the Insights & Consulting roles as well as our Operations teams and Centers of Excellence in communicating timelines and making sure they are ready to support an on-time, on budget delivery of milestone or final deliverables. • You will serve as a thinking partner to solve any problems encountered along the way. • You serve as: The one who keeps the trains on schedule, Minder of the Scope, Time, Cost & Quality, Owner of project status updates to clients, Coordinator of resources for the project whether internal or external.
• Own project lifecycle: scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and change control. • Coordinate GCs/trades, vendors, and internal teams (design, facilities, network/IT). • Develop and maintain project plans, Gantt schedules, and status reports. • Manage procurement, RFPs, contracts, and change orders. • Ensure safety, code, and compliance (permits, inspections); track KPIs. • Oversee construction, MEP/critical installs, testing, commissioning, and handover with as-builts/O&M.
