• Lead the full cycle hiring process for global roles, with a strong focus on critical and difficult-to-fill external searches with a focus on enterprise software/technical engineering positions. • Develop innovative sourcing strategies, leveraging global market research and talent intelligence to attract top-tier candidates. • Partner closely with hiring managers, operations lead, and senior leadership to align hiring needs with business objectives. • Create a positive and engaging recruitment journey, ensuring smooth communication and a seamless interview process for candidates. • Drive inclusive hiring strategies to build a diverse workforce, especially within contact center. • Continuously improve hiring workflows, implement best practices, and leverage recruitment technologies for efficiency. • Utilize hiring metrics and recruitment analytics to enhance hiring strategies, forecast talent needs, and drive continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

  • 4+ experience in end-to-end hiring, with a strong track record in IT and contact center recruitment across global markets.
  • Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers, operational leaders, and executives, aligning hiring strategies with business goals.
  • Proficiency in passive talent sourcing, market mapping, and competitor intelligence to attract top-tier candidates.
  • Strong analytical skills to track hiring metrics, optimize recruitment strategies, and improve time-to-hire efficiency.
  • Experience managing niche hiring across multiple geographies while driving Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.
  • Ability to engage, influence, and negotiate with candidates and stakeholders, ensuring smooth recruitment processes and positive candidate experience.
  • Experience hiring for contact center technologies like Genesys, Avaya, NICE, Five9, and other cloud-based and on-premises solutions.
