• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for complex engineering and data roles. • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber talent in AI, robotics, and software engineering. • Use advanced search techniques across LinkedIn, GitHub, and professional communities. • Screen candidates for both technical depth and cultural alignment. • Partner directly with Everyday People’s leadership and global client teams to define hiring priorities. • Create high-impact candidate outreach that reflects our client’s brand and the Everyday People standard — no spam, no scripts. • Track pipeline activity in Zoho Recruit and deliver consistent, data-driven updates.
Job Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience recruiting technical talent, ideally for startups or product-based companies.
- Proven success filling roles in AI/ML, Data Science, Backend, DevOps, Embedded Systems, or Robotics.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and candidate mapping.
- Strong understanding of engineering stacks (Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, ROS, etc.) you don’t need to code, but you need to get it.
- Ability to communicate confidently with both engineers and hiring managers globally.
- Demonstrated success working remotely in a self-managed, results-oriented environment.
