Customer Success Manager

• Be the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring an exceptional user experience • Take full proactive responsibility for implementing framework agreements with major clients • Continuously expand and strengthen your network within assigned accounts • Promote both established and new applications across various business units of key accounts • Provide product training and guidance to users • Ensure clients have all necessary information to work efficiently with our products • Maximize product utilization to deliver the highest value and impact for our customers

Job Requirements

  • Excellent strategic mindset with outstanding communication and negotiation skills in Spanish at all levels
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office
  • Highly organized, with the ability to meet deadlines and perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • University degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Demonstrated expertise in negotiation techniques
  • Strong hunter mentality with a clear sales-driven profile
  • 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the construction and/or machinery rental industries
  • Valid driver’s license (Class B) required
  • English proficiency is a plus.
