• Design, build, and maintain ES partner interfaces and internal data flows connecting EDB/IVM/VistA REE to the modernized ES. • Implement and govern API and message standards (REST/JSON, SOAP, Kafka/AMQP) including versioning, documentation, and backward compatibility. • Create integration patterns for synchronous and asynchronous processing, idempotency, retry/backoff, correlation IDs, and dead-letter handling. • Develop transformation and orchestration logic (e.g., Camel/Spring Integration/NiFi) to normalize legacy payloads and enforce contract schemas. • Collaborate with data teams on mapping, lineage, validation, and reconciliation to ensure end-to-end accuracy across enrollment workflows. • Embed integration testing into CI/CD (contract tests, consumer-driven tests, mock services) and automate environment configuration. • Instrument integrations for observability (Splunk/Azure Monitor), define interface SLOs, and publish runbooks and dashboards. • Engineer authentication and authorization across interfaces (OAuth2/OIDC, mutual TLS, API gateways); enforce least-privilege and secrets management. • Harden integrations to VA standards (FedRAMP, FISMA, IRS 1075, HIPAA) and align with Section 508 accessibility for user-facing endpoints. • Support incident response: triage, root-cause analysis, replay/compensation strategies, and postmortems for interface failures. • Optimize performance for high-volume eligibility and enrollment transactions, including schema/payload tuning and batching strategies. • Contribute to transition plans, cutover rehearsals, and partner onboarding; develop checklists and training for operations teams.

• Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of large-scale data platform projects on Snowflake, AWS, and Azure. • Guide technical teams through data migration, integration, and performance optimization. • Drive platform optimization through automation and DevOps best practices, strengthening the scalability, observability, and performance of modern cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake). • Enable seamless integration of ArcGIS within broader data ecosystems, supporting reliable geospatial data access alongside enterprise analytics platforms such as Snowflake. • Implement security best practices, including user authentication, role-based access, and data governance. • Adapt to evolving platform environments, technologies, and data requirements by debugging, enhancing features, and re-engineering workflows as needed. • Manage multiple client engagements, ensuring timely delivery of projects and optimizing system operations to maximize value. • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members, promoting a culture of learning and excellence.

• Lead deep **solution and architecture discussions** with enterprise customers. • Translate business and operational requirements into **scalable, secure technical architectures**. • Own technical success during the **early delivery lifecycle (0–90 days)**. • Act as the **primary technical escalation point** for complex delivery and integration issues. • Design and review **API-first integrations**, including: - REST / GraphQL APIs - Webhooks and event-driven architectures. • Lead **web and mobile application integrations**, including: - SDK-based integrations - Authentication and authorization flows (OAuth, SSO, token-based) - Client–server interaction patterns • Lead integrations with **customer support and contact center platforms**, such as: - Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, ServiceNow, LivePerson, Genesys - Ticketing, case management, and CRM systems • Define data flows for: - Ticket creation and updates - Conversation context synchronization - Agent assist and human handoff scenarios • Ensure reliable, secure, and performant integrations aligned with customer workflows. • Contribute to **RFP / RFQ responses**, providing: - Architecture and deployment models - Integration approaches and constraints - Security, scalability, and performance considerations • Participate in technical discovery calls and solution walkthroughs with prospects. • Lead discussions on: - Deployment architecture and environment isolation - Security posture, compliance requirements, and data handling - Network connectivity, peering, and access models - Load testing, scale readiness, and performance validation • Partner with engineering teams to align customer requirements with platform capabilities. • Work closely with Product, Engineering, QA, and Customer Success to: - Resolve delivery risks and escalations - Improve delivery playbooks and reference architectures - Enable repeatable and scalable customer deployments • Mentor delivery engineers on architecture and integration best practices.
