• Lead Human Factors Strategy & Execution: Own the usability engineering roadmap across the product lifecycle, from early discovery to market release. • Anticipate user needs, risks, and system-level implications before issues arise. • Define the vision, strategy, and priorities for human factors activities and communicate them across cross-functional teams. • Usability Engineering & Design Controls: Lead the creation and maintenance of Usability Engineering Files in accordance with IEC 62366 and FDA Human Factors guidance. • Identify user profiles, tasks, critical use scenarios, usability risks, and system requirements. • Translate user needs, UX research insights, clinical workflows, and business needs into actionable HFE requirements. • User Research & Study Leadership: Independently plan, design, and execute formative and summative usability studies (hardware, software, or integrated systems). • Manage external vendors and ensure high-quality execution, documentation, and data integrity. • Analyze behavioral and physiological data to uncover deep insights that drive product decisions. • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Influence: Champion usability, safety, accessibility, and quality across R&D, Engineering, UX, Clinical, Regulatory, and Marketing. • Facilitate workshops with customers, clinical partners, and internal teams to capture system-level insights and drive alignment. • Proactively identify gaps, propose solutions, and push initiatives forward with minimal supervision. • Thought Leadership & Mentorship: Serve as a subject matter expert for Human Factors Engineering within the organization. • Mentor and guide junior team members on methodology, study design, analysis, and professional development. • Present insights and recommendations persuasively to technical and non-technical audiences, including leadership.

• Design, develop, and maintain Web and React Native SDKs used by external clients and partners. • Build SDK APIs that wrap company REST services for event tracking, reporting, and personalization. • Ensure SDK stability, performance, and backward compatibility across versions. • Manage SDK versioning, releases, and dependency coordination. • Publish and maintain SDK packages via npm. • Develop and maintain unit tests for shared and platform-specific SDK logic. • Optimize SDK size, performance, and reliability. • Maintain SDK documentation, integration guides, and usage examples. • Maintain demo applications (Web and React Native) used to validate and showcase SDK functionality. • Collaborate closely with Backend, iOS, and Android SDK engineers to align behavior and contracts across platforms. • Participate in technical discussions around architecture, API design, and developer experience. • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines related to SDK build, test, and release processes.

• Technical Integration & Developer Support • Lead end-to-end implementation of Socure’s APIs, SDKs, and platform configurations across web and mobile. • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues using logs, network traces, and code review. • Validate new SDK releases and provide feedback to improve developer experience. • Recommend best practices for API usage, mobile integration, and secure deployment. • Solution Implementation & Client Onboarding • Support technical onboarding by mapping client workflows to Socure’s capabilities. • Configure the platform to meet customer requirements and ensure a successful go-live. • Provide hands-on support during hyper-care to stabilize integrations and optimize performance. • Document implementation details for smooth transition to Customer Success. • Training, Enablement & Collaboration • Deliver technical walkthroughs and integration training for client teams. • Contribute code samples, integration guides, and troubleshooting resources. • Partner with Product and Engineering to escalate issues and influence roadmap improvements. • Advocate for customers by sharing insights and recurring challenges.
