Role Description As a Technology Generalist, you will support and enhance operational technology systems while contributing to application development, integrations, cloud support, and database solutions. • Monitor LinkedIn daily for relevant posts from a defined list of target profiles. • Identify which posts are worth engaging with based on relevance, reach, and alignment. • Summarize the context of each post before drafting. • Draft 3–5 comment options per day per executive. • Revise drafts based on feedback and build a learning log. • Track which comments were approved, posted, and how they performed. • Deliver a brief weekly summary of activity.

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using React, Python, and Django. • Build reusable frontend components and ensure responsive UI/UX. • Develop backend APIs and data handling logic with Django. • Integrate with third-party services and internal APIs. • Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality. • Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and code reviews. • Collaborate with DevOps to deploy and monitor applications in AWS. • Actively engage in technical design, code reviews, and testing.

• Define and manage the product roadmap for analytics and reporting capabilities. • Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing business value, customer feedback, and technical feasibility. • Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications for engineering teams. • Collaborate closely with Engineering, UX/UI Design, and Data Science teams to deliver high-quality analytics features. • Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews. • Act as the subject matter expert for analytics functionality, communicating product progress and roadmap to stakeholders. • Work with Sales and Customer Success teams to understand customer needs and ensure successful product adoption. • Identify opportunities to enhance dashboards, reporting capabilities, and analytics insights for customers. • Support data-driven decision-making through analytics tools, experimentation, and reporting frameworks.
