• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform software product strategy. • Develop detailed software product specifications and user stories. • Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it aligns with the overall product strategy and business goals. • Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements. • Create and maintain detailed user personas to guide product development and ensure user-centric design. • Conduct regular user feedback sessions and usability testing to gather insights and drive continuous product improvement. • Develop and manage product roadmaps, setting clear milestones and timelines for delivery. • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and product positioning. • Participate in regular Scrum Ceremonies, contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes. • Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure software product functionality and performance. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging software technologies to identify new opportunities for software innovation. • Provide training and support to internal teams and users to ensure successful product adoption and utilization.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, from an accredited institution.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex ideas to various stakeholders.
  • Experience with software product management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
  • Product ownership experience is a strong plus, with demonstrated ability to shape and drive vision from concept to execution.
  • Proven track record as a product leader or visionary, translating user needs and business goals into impactful product strategies.
  • QA experience is a plus, with a focus on software testing and quality assurance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Passion for innovation and a desire to make a positive impact on users' lives.
