Senior Director, Sales – Latin America

• Provide clear strategic vision that aligns regional sales goals with Seagull’s objectives. • Lead, coach, and inspire a diverse regional team to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. • Set clear goals and operating rhythms (1:1s, pipeline reviews, forecast calls) that drive execution and continuous improvement. • Act as the executive sponsor and player-coach on complex pursuits—leading deal strategy, value articulation, negotiation, and closing. • Drive direct enterprise sales in strategic accounts while partnering with resellers to accelerate and maximize outcomes. • Enable, motivate, and manage key channel partners to achieve joint pipeline and revenue goals. • Build and execute a regional business plan that drives new logo acquisition, account expansion, and partner growth. • Partner closely with inside sales, renewals, sales engineering, professional services, marketing, and product teams to craft winning strategies.

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B software/SaaS sales experience with mid-market and enterprise customers.
  • 5+ years leading sales teams in a player-coach role.
  • Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English.
  • Experience selling RFID, traceability, and other AIDC technologies that leverage a SaaS platform.
  • Proven record of consistent overachievement—new business acquisition and account expansion through direct and channel motions.
  • Expertise in strategic and consultative selling; executive presence and ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
  • Experience presenting technical concepts to varied audiences (executive, operational, and technical).
  • Comfort with complementary technologies and ecosystems (ERP, WMS, MES).
  • Fluency with CRM and sales productivity tools (e.g., Salesforce) and data-driven forecasting.
  • Demonstrated success leading distributed teams in hybrid/remote environments.
  • MBA or equivalent experience.
