Job Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an IT systems salesperson (IT-Systemkaufmann) or equivalent qualification
- Experience with MS Office products as well as hardware and software knowledge (e.g., server/storage, networking, cloud)
- Ideally, experience with ERP (inventory/warehouse management) and ticketing systems
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Teamwork, initiative and strong communication skills
- Valid driving license (Class B)
- German language skills at least C1 level (CEFR)

Sagen is looking for an Account Manager - West Quebec City, Portneuf, Central Quebec, Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean, North Shore, and Abitibi to support the VP, Regional Sales, Eastern Canada, who brings an ability to naturally and proactively establish connections to optimize the customer experience. As an Account Manager, you are a seasoned and motivated sales professional whose ongoing objective is to collaborate with our team and customers to increase market share and achieve personal and company success. In this role, you will work from your home office, but you will be required to travel within the territory daily. Here is where you will be focusing to ensure your success. Customer Relationship - Maintain exceptional customer relationships through the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies that support the needs of your customers to help them grow their business. - Develop a deep understanding of your customers to ensure business development opportunities are being maximized. - Collaborate with internal partners to ensure alignment of customer needs to maximize customer satisfaction. Customer Events - Oversee various customer events in collaboration with your leader, regional team and the Business Development Leaders to create strong, in-depth relationship with our customers. - Attend Industry events to support our customers and build strong, lasting relationships. What we are looking for. - Proven experience being in a proactive customer-facing position - University degree, preferably in business - Minimum 3 years sales experience in the financial services industry (preferably mortgage lending) - In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and customer management (sales methodology - relationship & value add selling) - Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, presentation and computer skills - Ability to deliver results with minimum supervision, in a fast-paced environment - Organizational skills, problem solving, and analytical skills are key for success - Travel required within the territory. - Must be a self-starter and results oriented with the ability to work both independently and within a team setting - Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to thrive in a constantly changing environment and perform well in a high-volume environment. #LI-Remote What's In It for you!
