You will deliver evidence-based Occupational Therapy assessments and interventions to clients under aged care funding programs, with a focus on reablement and restorative care. Your work will help older people maintain or regain independence, mobility, and confidence to remain living at home. Together, we help people feel loved, valued, and respected every day About you - Degree in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration - Demonstrated ability to assess occupational therapy needs and develop individualised programs for aged care clients in the community  - Postgraduate experience in aged care, rehabilitation, or community settings - Comprehensive understanding of reablement and restorative care models - Confident working both independently and within a multidisciplinary team - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Demonstrated computer literacy - Alignment with BaptistCare’s values and mission - Current first aid certificate (or willingness to obtain) - Unrestricted driver’s licence and access to a reliable, registered vehicle with minimum Third-Party Property Damage Insurance.
