Together, we help people feel loved, valued, and respected every day About you - Degree in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration - Demonstrated ability to assess occupational therapy needs and develop individualised programs for aged care clients in the community  - Postgraduate experience in aged care, rehabilitation, or community settings - Comprehensive understanding of reablement and restorative care models - Confident working both independently and within a multidisciplinary team - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Demonstrated computer literacy - Alignment with BaptistCare’s values and mission - Current first aid certificate (or willingness to obtain) - Unrestricted driver’s licence and access to a reliable, registered vehicle with minimum Third-Party Property Damage Insurance.
