• Continuous Improvement and Process Optimization • Map, analyze, and redesign future (To-Be) processes, incorporating AI, automation, and intelligent technologies to improve efficiency. • Ensure AI solution implementations are integrated, seamless, and scalable within existing workflows. • Perform cost-benefit (ROI) and operational impact analyses before and after automation initiatives. • Define and monitor performance metrics for automated processes, such as cycle time reduction, mitigation of human errors, and productivity gains. • Strategic Opportunity Identification • Use continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Design Thinking, or similar) to identify and prioritize processes suitable for automation or enhancement. • Proactively identify high-value opportunities for applying AI (such as Generative AI, Computer Vision, NLP, among others). • Align operational efficiency opportunities with the company's strategic objectives, contributing to the evolution of working models. • Integration and Implementation • Collaborate with technology, product, and business teams to enable implementation of proposed solutions. • Document processes, requirements, and flows clearly and structured. • Support testing, validation, and continuous improvements after automation deployment.

• Perform tax regularization for legal entities across municipal, state, and federal levels and with any required agencies; • Execute complex regularization procedures in payroll (personnel), tax, and accounting departments, including filing federal, municipal, and state ancillary obligations; • Assist in preparing detailed estimates for complex services and communicate costs and process steps to clients; • Conduct consultative sales of regularization services, identifying clients' specific needs; • Monitor and update spreadsheets and control reports for regularization, maintaining accurate records and clear client communication; • Maintain client communication to advise on outstanding issues and progress of the regularization process; • Initiate processes for tax refunds and voluntary disclosures, manage tax installment plans, and issue tax payment guides/slips; • File ancillary obligations such as SPED Contribuições, DCTF - Monthly, DCTF-Web, PGDAS, DASN, DEFIS, and others related to the operations of companies under Simples Nacional and Lucro Presumido;

• Purchase assigned parts from an approved supplier base per agreed purchase policies • Lead activities to maintain inventory levels in line with Inventory Management goals and objectives while maintaining On-Time Delivery targets • Maintain MRP parameters to ensure item data is updated correctly • Proactively report and solve component availability issues • Adjust MRP attributes based on incoming demand signals while completing monthly volume plans • Manage supply of finished goods items at EU warehouses for customer and internal orders • Keep key stakeholders informed of any issues or delays caused by suppliers or general market conditions

This role is part of a strategic initiative to ramp up resources and complete the implementation of the Willow Ambulatory module across ambulatory, and pharmacy settings. The ideal candidate will be Epic certified in Willow Ambulatory and possess hands-on experience in specialty pharmacy workflows, maintenance, and support.
