Job Requirements

  • Experience in commercial controlling and reporting, ideally in the context of energy, industry, or SaaS
  • Basic understanding of energy-sector topics (e.g., energy procurement, cost structures, efficiency potentials)
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office / MS Teams, particularly PowerPoint and ideally Excel
  • Experience in structured project organization and documentation, e.g., with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar systems
  • Strong customer focus, empathy, and professional demeanor
  • High attention to detail and reliability in day-to-day operations
  • Strong presentation and communication skills — including at management level
  • Ability to identify customer challenges early and follow up on their resolution
  • Enjoy actively shaping structure, transparency, and processes and continuously improving them
