Job Requirements
- Experience in commercial controlling and reporting, ideally in the context of energy, industry, or SaaS
- Basic understanding of energy-sector topics (e.g., energy procurement, cost structures, efficiency potentials)
- Strong knowledge of MS Office / MS Teams, particularly PowerPoint and ideally Excel
- Experience in structured project organization and documentation, e.g., with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar systems
- Strong customer focus, empathy, and professional demeanor
- High attention to detail and reliability in day-to-day operations
- Strong presentation and communication skills — including at management level
- Ability to identify customer challenges early and follow up on their resolution

• Plan and coordinate sales programs for maximum sales volume and profitability at a National enterprise level, focusing on the equipment rental company and suppliers’ market for all Cattron product lines. • Interact with established customers with the goal of increasing sales revenue. • Provide day-to-day coordination of business issues relating to the customers. • Communicate with all internal departments related to fulfilling customer requirements to support existing business and close on new business opportunities. • Manage opportunity pipeline through CRM website, including revenue scheduling. • Promote Cattron products to Key Accounts. • Manage direct customer relationships to grow revenue. • Coordinate activities with customer service teams to maximize our ability to close on new business opportunities. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files on all accounts, including sales, data, quote records, and customer contacts. • Work with Cattron engineers and product management to develop custom products for specific customer needs. • Attend sales meetings and conferences. • Travel as needed for communication and interaction with customers. • Provide updated marketing and sales forecasts.
