• Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise-level client accounts • Manage and grow long-term client relationships with a focus on retention and expansion • Lead virtual client meetings, reviews, and presentations with senior stakeholders • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client goals, challenges, and success metrics • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction • Maintain accurate account documentation, forecasts, and reporting in CRM systems
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Manager handling enterprise or high-value client accounts
- Demonstrated success managing long-term, client-facing relationships at a senior level
- Prior remote work experience is non-negotiable, including fluency with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, CRM platforms)
- Exceptional verbal communication skills with a confident, professional on-camera presence
- Ability to engage, influence, and build trust with senior and executive-level stakeholders
- Highly self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently in a remote environment
- Preferred: Experience managing enterprise or strategic accounts in B2B or service-based environments

• Plan and coordinate sales programs for maximum sales volume and profitability at a National enterprise level, focusing on the equipment rental company and suppliers’ market for all Cattron product lines. • Interact with established customers with the goal of increasing sales revenue. • Provide day-to-day coordination of business issues relating to the customers. • Communicate with all internal departments related to fulfilling customer requirements to support existing business and close on new business opportunities. • Manage opportunity pipeline through CRM website, including revenue scheduling. • Promote Cattron products to Key Accounts. • Manage direct customer relationships to grow revenue. • Coordinate activities with customer service teams to maximize our ability to close on new business opportunities. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files on all accounts, including sales, data, quote records, and customer contacts. • Work with Cattron engineers and product management to develop custom products for specific customer needs. • Attend sales meetings and conferences. • Travel as needed for communication and interaction with customers. • Provide updated marketing and sales forecasts.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for physicians, hospital staff, purchasing and contracting decision-makers regarding product usage, support, contracting and purchasing. • Provide intraoperative case coverage and support for embolization coil procedures and related interventions. • Execute a territory-specific strategic sales plan, driving revenue and expanding product adoption in key accounts. • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities and sales leads in collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager, Marketing team and Clinical Specialist support. • Educate and train clinicians, nurses, and technicians on product indications, device usage, procedural techniques, and outcomes. • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to inform strategy and customer conversations. • Participate in national and regional industry conferences, trade shows, and physician workshops to promote awareness and education around Kaneka’s neurovascular products. • Support clinical trial enrollment by identifying eligible cases and collaborating with the clinical affairs team. • Ensure proper handling and traceability of rep stock inventory in accordance with company procedures. • Collaborates with Regional Sales Manager to implement and execute the account growth strategies developed by the Sales and Marketing organization by providing product introductions and in-services for customers. • Support Marketing in the development of education programs for physicians and other health professionals involved in the use of Company products in order to accelerate the adoption rates of the new techniques and products which Kaneka offers. • Maintains and increases professional and technical knowledge by on-the-job training, attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies. • Works in accordance with quality system procedures.
