Enterprise Account Manager – Client-Facing, Enterprise-Level Experience Required

• Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise-level client accounts • Manage and grow long-term client relationships with a focus on retention and expansion • Lead virtual client meetings, reviews, and presentations with senior stakeholders • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client goals, challenges, and success metrics • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction • Maintain accurate account documentation, forecasts, and reporting in CRM systems

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager handling enterprise or high-value client accounts
  • Demonstrated success managing long-term, client-facing relationships at a senior level
  • Prior remote work experience is non-negotiable, including fluency with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, CRM platforms)
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills with a confident, professional on-camera presence
  • Ability to engage, influence, and build trust with senior and executive-level stakeholders
  • Highly self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently in a remote environment
  • Preferred: Experience managing enterprise or strategic accounts in B2B or service-based environments
