• Participate in software development projects following a formal process, including software design, development, code reviews, hardware reviews, use of software standards, and generation and use of testing frameworks • Provides broad support, analysis, design, development, debugging, and maintenance related to software running on real-time and non-real-time OS and bare metal microprocessor and microcontroller systems • Integrate firmware, embedded software apps with sensors, communication modules (e.g., BLE, LTE, Wi-Fi), and other hardware components • Debug, optimize, and validate embedded software applications on target hardware • Coordinates the design, development, and testing of new software, drivers, interfaces, TCP/IP stack, SDKs, APIs, and applications • Prepares documents, including requirements analysis, design, unit testing plans, release notes, and user guides, etc. • Investigates, recommends, and implements new technologies
• Perform scheduled maintenance visits at customer locations • Conduct visual and functional inspections of our systems according to checklists • Replace standard components (e.g., switches, housing parts, antennas) • Document completed work • Communicate with customers in a friendly and solution-oriented manner • Collaborate closely with the service team for technical inquiries or escalations
• Plan and coordinate sales programs for maximum sales volume and profitability at a National enterprise level, focusing on the equipment rental company and suppliers’ market for all Cattron product lines. • Interact with established customers with the goal of increasing sales revenue. • Provide day-to-day coordination of business issues relating to the customers. • Communicate with all internal departments related to fulfilling customer requirements to support existing business and close on new business opportunities. • Manage opportunity pipeline through CRM website, including revenue scheduling. • Promote Cattron products to Key Accounts. • Manage direct customer relationships to grow revenue. • Coordinate activities with customer service teams to maximize our ability to close on new business opportunities. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files on all accounts, including sales, data, quote records, and customer contacts. • Work with Cattron engineers and product management to develop custom products for specific customer needs. • Attend sales meetings and conferences. • Travel as needed for communication and interaction with customers. • Provide updated marketing and sales forecasts.
