Job Requirements
- Proven experience in account management, ideally within a SaaS, software, or technology company.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a passion for building long-term customer relationships.
- Strong customer focus, strategic thinking, and analytical skills to identify opportunities early.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and solid knowledge of sales processes and contract management.
- Self-motivation, solution-oriented mindset, and enjoyment of working with cross-functional teams.

• Plan and coordinate sales programs for maximum sales volume and profitability at a National enterprise level, focusing on the equipment rental company and suppliers’ market for all Cattron product lines. • Interact with established customers with the goal of increasing sales revenue. • Provide day-to-day coordination of business issues relating to the customers. • Communicate with all internal departments related to fulfilling customer requirements to support existing business and close on new business opportunities. • Manage opportunity pipeline through CRM website, including revenue scheduling. • Promote Cattron products to Key Accounts. • Manage direct customer relationships to grow revenue. • Coordinate activities with customer service teams to maximize our ability to close on new business opportunities. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files on all accounts, including sales, data, quote records, and customer contacts. • Work with Cattron engineers and product management to develop custom products for specific customer needs. • Attend sales meetings and conferences. • Travel as needed for communication and interaction with customers. • Provide updated marketing and sales forecasts.
