• Design and implement integrations between enterprise systems using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Azure Service Bus. • Develop, maintain, and optimize APIs using C# in an Azure environment. • Contribute to ERP migration or replacement projects, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure integrations. • Work with Azure DevOps for CI/CD, version control, and pipeline management. • Troubleshoot integration issues, propose improvements, and follow best practices in development and architecture.

• Understand customers' pain points and objectives and translate those into implementation and onboarding plans to meet those objectives and demonstrate business value. • Develop best practices, educational offerings, and content around error and performance management, open-source, or the Sentry product (ex: “how-to” articles and/or videos on specific functionality of the product). • Act as a trusted advisor and subject-matter expert for customers to assist with instrumenting software engineering and monitoring best practices • Provide workshop-level interaction to customers in order to drive the maturity of use and broader adoption. • Work cross-functionally (internally) to provide feedback to the product and development teams and align Sentry's product roadmap with improving time to value-delivered.

• Develop and deliver cutting-edge agentic AI solutions utilizing Cohere’s foundation models and Agentic AI Foundry - North. • Architect scalable, secure, and customizable NLP and generative AI solutions tailored to enterprise customer needs. • Collaborate with customers to understand complex workflows, design pilots, and translate business requirements into technical solutions encompassing model fine-tuning, custom agents, and agent orchestration. • Support deployment and integration of large language models (LLMs) and custom solutions into production environments using Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud infrastructures, ensuring high performance and security. • Lead technical engagements, including deep dives into AI architectures, workshop facilitation, and establishing best practices for agent-based AI systems and model customization. • Work with product development to provide customer feedback on agentic AI capabilities, contribute to product enhancements, and help shape future features.
