Solution Engineer

Avetta

• Support in region mid-market opportunities. • Champion assigned opportunities, providing technical and strategic insight. • Conduct thorough research on client operations and pain points. • Engage prospects in exploratory conversations to tailor product recommendations. • Partner with Solution Engineering teammates in crafting proposals, presentations, workflows, and value propositions. • Deliver scheduled demonstrations for internal and external stakeholders. • Demonstrate intuitive navigation, application, and value of our solution suite. • Share knowledge gained with Implementation Team for post-contract transitions. • Support pivotal cross-functional projects, including maintenance of the Avetta solution suite demonstration environments. • Share feedback from clients / prospects with the internal Avetta teams like Product & Marketing. • Understand new product releases and features. • Develop an understanding of Avetta’s competitive advantage, focused on key regional players. • Collaborate to create client-facing sales and marketing resources. • Provide support at conferences, industry gatherings, and client events. • Cultivate customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities. • Engage in enablement activities, trainings, product release processes, and team events. • Eager for regular domestic travel; with international travel potential.

Job Requirements

  • 0-2 years of sales, pre-sales or similar client-facing experience, highlighting technical expertise.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science or similar.
  • HSE, Risk Management, Procurement or Sustainability experience is an asset.
  • Ability to create and deliver targeted, comprehensive, and informative presentations.
  • Experience with technical writing, analytics and / or process visualization a plus.
  • Proficiency in a range of applications, including MS Office, Salesforce, Tableau, JIRA, etc.
