• The Solution Architect will work within professional services to understand and solve the technological challenges associated with product build out and integration of Five9's customers. • They will be a part of short term (a few days to several weeks) development projects that require gathering a customer’s integration requirements, analyzing feasibility using available APIs, as well as designing, developing, and implementing the solution. • The candidate will be expected to interact with customers over the phone, via web conferences, and in person (with up to 15% travel required) and will often need to articulate complex technical solutions to a non-technical audience, necessitating excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Advise the C2SET portfolio and product teams on operational realism, scenario design, and training relevance. • Work with Government operators, planners, and engineers to ensure that new capabilities, behaviors, and scenarios accurately reflect mission needs. • Support transition planning from legacy simulation constructs to modernized baselines, including recommendations on where to focus modeling effort and how to structure scenarios for exercises and test events.

• Architect end-to-end AI/ML solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with customer requirements and goals • Lead a team of machine learning engineers and data scientists to build AI/ML platforms, pipelines, and products that meet customer requirements and expectations • Communicate business value and ROI of AI/ML solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Mentor team members on best practices in AI/ML architecture, modeling, and technology. • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and methodologies in AI/ML to inform solution design and delivery. • Build relationships with client stakeholders to understand their long-term AI/ML goals and design roadmaps that align with business objectives. • Craft persuasive technical approaches and value propositions to drive client AI/ML initiatives forward • Identify and drive account expansion opportunities by uncovering unmet client needs and where AI/ML can add value. • Lead responses to RFIs and RFPs, crafting persuasive technical approaches and value propositions.

• Develop and Implement Tailored Solutions: Design, build, test, and support robust integration solutions that meet specific customer business requirements. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Professional Services, Product Development, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success, to define scope, gather requirements, and deliver high-quality integrations. • Customer Engagement: Serve in a customer-facing role, collaborating directly with clients to understand their needs and tailor integration solutions effectively. • Requirements Translation: Translate functional business requirements into detailed technical specifications and implementation plans. • Documentation and Communication: Maintain clear and concise documentation for all integration processes and tailor communication appropriately for both technical and non-technical audiences. • Troubleshooting and Support: Provide ongoing support for existing integrations, troubleshooting issues, and implementing timely resolutions. • API Management: Utilize REST and SOAP APIs effectively to facilitate data exchange between systems.
