Virtual Assistant – Business Development
We Clone You
• Support business development efforts by executing daily outbound outreach to potential clients; • Reach out to leads using **email and phone** through the CRM system; • Work with provided lead lists to initiate contact and move prospects into the sales funnel; • Guide prospects through the initial steps of the funnel by sharing forms and basic information; • Identify and qualify warm leads, then **transition them to a senior team member** once qualified; • Maintain accurate records of outreach, conversations, and lead status within the CRM; • Write clear follow-up emails and summaries of conversations; • Provide **end-of-day reporting**, including notes on contacts made and next steps;
Job Requirements
- Experience with business development;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable making phone calls and sending follow-up emails.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and general online systems (training will be provided).
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Organized and reliable, with the ability to follow scripts and processes consistently.
