Lead Engineer – Prospecting

• Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance web applications using Node.js, MongoDB, and a modern front-end framework. • Own features end-to-end—from architecture and implementation to testing, deployment, and optimization. • Architect and maintain modular, pluggable components that can be reused across the platform. • Drive technical decision-making across the Reputation Management product, ensuring stability, scalability, and maintainability. • Integrate and optimize AI-assisted development tools, enhancing reliability, minimizing hallucinations, and improving developer productivity. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and AI Research to deliver impactful features. • Mentor and support fellow engineers, contributing to a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement. • Proactively identify and resolve performance, scalability, and security issues.
Job Requirements
- Expert-level proficiency in Node.js and MongoDB, with a strong understanding of backend architecture and performance optimization (5+ Years).
- Solid experience with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular) and building full-stack web applications.
- Proven track record of architecting complex systems and shipping scalable, high-performance web apps in production.
- Experience building modular, pluggable UI components & widgets for reuseing across platform and third party solutions.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns, API design, and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and a passion for pushing the boundaries of AI in the software engineering lifecycle.
- Ability to guide technical architecture, make high-impact decisions, and mentor other engineers.
- Experience with code quality, testing, deployment pipelines, and optimizing dev workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
