• Own quarterly and annual revenue targets across global markets. • Lead full-cycle enterprise sales—from prospecting to negotiation and closure. • Build, manage, and convert a strong pipeline of high-value opportunities. • Engage CXO, SVP, and Director-level stakeholders with compelling value propositions. • Use HubSpot CRM, Salesforce, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Outreach, and other sales tools for pipeline management and forecasting. • Execute GTM strategies for AI, Data, Digital, and Product offerings. • Identify new markets, growth vectors, and whitespace opportunities. • Develop revenue playbooks, pricing models, and scalable sales motions. • Partner with Delivery, Product, and Pre-Sales to architect differentiated solutions. • Develop proposals, business cases, and RFP responses that increase win rates. • Shape deal commercials, engagement models, and long-term partnership structures. • Build and grow alliances with hyperscalers and AI/ML ecosystem partners. • Co-create joint GTM motions and partnership-led revenue channels. • Lead executive briefings and strategic workshops with client leadership. • Support competitive positioning through industry POVs and solution narratives. • Represent Aptus at industry events, partner forums, and global summits.
Lead Generation Specialist

• Identify and research potential clients across industries (e.g., Pharma, Manufacturing, BFSI, Retail, Logistics/Supply Chains etc.) • Use platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Apollo, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, or similar tools to build prospect lists • Run cold outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp to generate qualified leads • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute lead-generation campaigns and follow up with event leads • Qualify inbound leads and schedule introductory meetings/demos for the sales team • Maintain lead information and track activity using CRM (HubSpot preferred) • Create weekly and monthly reports on lead metrics and conversion performance • Research industry trends and decision-makers to personalize outreach.
