Job Description

Junior Publishing Analyst for Social Media

Nestle

• Ensure that operational activities and market requests are processed accurately and on time, in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). • Manage content grids and social media publications. • Manage and update stakeholders on daily activities and deliverables. • Identify opportunities to improve both deliverables and team workflows.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields — preferred
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and their key metrics (Facebook, X/Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, blogs, among others)
  • Intermediate English — preferred
  • Familiarity with community management tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
  • Experience in community management or digital marketing (experience at advertising or marketing agencies is a plus)
  • Knowledge of paid media
  • Experience in stakeholder management
  • Understanding of social listening from a business perspective
