Founding Product Designer Responsibilities: Drive the design process from ideation to execution for mobile and web platforms Create intuitive, user-centered designs through research, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and other stakeholders to iterate and refine product features Develop and maintain a cohesive design system to ensure consistency across the platform Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions Mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence and continuous improvement What We're Looking For: 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful mobile and web designs Mastery of design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD and proficiency in creating interactive prototypes Strong understanding of interaction design, visual design, and UX principles Proven experience in user research, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable design improvements Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment Excellent communication skills to present and justify design decisions clearly Our Investors We’re backed by Andreessen Horowitz (a16a), Alexis Ohanian (founder of Reddit), Tiffany Haddish, Kevin Durant, and a group of world-class investors. We’ll ask questions like “what do you imagine your life looking like if you achieved all of your goals” and “why are those goals important to you?” Once we identify these, they become our goals and we will work together to help make them a reality. Next, we’ll ask you about things that matter to you in the short term. These could be things like a gym membership, meditation classes, or an allowance to attend concerts. • Research, write, and edit high-quality marketing content • Support projects spanning blog, SEO, social, landing pages, lifecycle, and special initiatives • Use AI tools to accelerate research and production – while ensuring every piece has a clear, human voice and point of view • Translate complex ideas about company-building into clear, engaging, and credible writing • Manage a significant production workload with tight deadlines • Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners while owning deliverables independently • Thrive in a fast-moving, async environment where speed, judgment, and taste matter • This is a hands-on, execution-heavy contract role for a writer deeply engaged in entrepreneurship and business-building

• Design stellar graphic assets across paid ads (static and video), social, blog, email, and web • Support performance campaigns, brand initiatives, and editorial projects on a contract basis • Execute multiple assignments in parallel with fast, reliable turnaround • Build and maintain a well-organized library of design assets • Translate briefs and brand guidelines into clean, effective creative • Thrive in a fast-moving, async environment where speed, taste, and scrappiness matter • Collaborate closely with a world-class team of creative entrepreneurs • This is a hands-on, execution-heavy contract role with opportunities to shape visual systems and creative direction

• Create high-impact short-form video for social platforms, with a strong point of view • Own post-production across performance campaigns and editorial content • Lead the full edit: from structure and pacing to motion, sound design, and final polish • Execute against Intro’s brand guidelines while staying native to platform trends and formats • Manage deliverables independently with detailed specs and fast turnarounds • Publish and optimize content with strong visuals, metadata, and copy • Develop and test new video formats that drive engagement and audience growth • Thrive in a fast-moving, async environment where speed, taste, and scrappiness matter • Collaborate closely with a world-class team of creative entrepreneurs • This is a hands-on, execution-heavy freelance role with room to shape formats and creative direction
