Senior Analyst, Incentive Compensation
Clario
• Administer sales compensation plans in cloud-based software: configure commissions, bonuses, thresholds, accelerators, quotas, overrides, and repayments. • Manage data inputs and outputs: collect raw sales data, cleanse and validate, and ensure correct mapping to personnel and sales credits. • Perform quality control: validate inputs and exported results, verify calculations before payout, and resolve discrepancies or anomalies. • Support monthly payout cycles: run standard calculations, manage exceptions, adjustments, and manual overrides. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Payroll, and HR to align plan logic with approved policies and budgets. • Update and document plan changes: implement new quota structures, accelerators, territories, revised rules, and SPIFs. • Respond to employee inquiries on compensation results and escalate complex issues as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field
- Previous experience in sales compensation, commission administration, or variable pay in a medium-to-large company
- Strong proficiency with CaptivateIQ or similar sales compensation management tools
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data validation, formulas)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Based in or able to work from Budapest, Hungary (flexible hours to align with East Coast leadership)
