• Develop and execute training materials and programs that educate HR Business Partners and managers on compensation-related topics and initiatives; lead formal education sessions and presentations. • Provide recommendations to the HR Business Partners, Recruiting and business leaders based upon an understanding of each department's needs and goals. • Oversee the market data process including gathering, submitting and analyzing data. • Research federal, state and local compliance issues such as wage and hour laws; conduct FLSA reviews as needed; make recommendations for policy and process updates based on changes in the law. • Leverage expertise and significant best practice knowledge and lead compensation initiatives which involve analysis, revision, development or re-design of compensation programs • Build and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the business by staying current on initiatives, challenges and opportunities; develop an understanding of critical business performance drivers and their relevance to compensation programs. • Proactively analyze pay trends and metrics; present findings and make actionable recommendations in technologies, processes, and plan designs to HR leadership. • Creates pay strategies, policies and programs including base and variable pay. • Leads annual salary planning and maintenance of salary structures. • Operate as a trusted advisor to Executives, Managers, business leaders and HR Business Partners, identifying and solving compensation issues and ensuring that programs meet the needs of the business and employees. • Operate as an innovative thought leader; contribute significantly to the overall growth and quality of the HR department • Mentor, coach and train other team members.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of Experience as a Compensation Professional
- Advanced Excel Skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and tact
- Excellent oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with executive presence
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients as demonstrated by finding common ground in completing tasks and solving problems

Role Description The Analyst - Reconciliation & Compliance Reporting (RCA) has a keen eye for detail and a passion for process and numbers. They review every detail of client invoicing, including management fees, vendor costs, and all supporting backups. The RCA is responsible for assembling the M&IW Final Invoice and/or the Compliance Reports required by the M&IW healthcare/medical device clients.
