Outbound Sales Representative
Wing Assistant
• Contact potential & existing customers through various channels to create a pipeline of leads. • Engage and build rapport with potential customers and determine the suitability of company products/services to their needs. • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to identify and qualify leads in the US, UK, and Australian markets • Build relationships with prospects through consultative communication and follow-ups • Identify business needs and connect them with the right product or service offerings • Set qualified appointments or demos for the Account Executives • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive) • Collaborate with internal teams to align lead generation efforts with the overall sales strategy. • Set sales goals to increase revenue & report sales team performance results. • Create, distribute, and collect customer surveys, compiling the results in a datasheet or report. • Conduct general administration tasks. • Handle customer inquiries and complaints as the first point of contact. • Ad hoc tasks
Job Requirements
- Graduate of a bachelor's degree or certificate course.
- 1–2 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business
- Development Representative (BDR), or Lead Generation Specialist
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least C1 level)
- Solid organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Tech savvy & familiar with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM, and VoIP
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar)
- Proactive & confident with keen attention to detail.
- Able to work on a graveyard shift
- Proven success in outbound sales or cold calling for international clients (US, UK, or AUS markets)
- Strong command of the English language with a neutral accent
- Experience with B2B lead generation, email outreach, and CRM management
- Proficient in using tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, LinkedIn Sales
- Navigator, Apollo.io, GoHighLevel, or ZoomInfo
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Excellent communication, active listening, and objection-handling skills
