Inside Sales Representative, SDR
Paired
• Answer and manage 60–90 inbound leads per week via phone, email, and CRM • Convert prospects into customers through short, focused sales calls (typically 10–15 minutes) • Make strategic outbound calls to warm leads for follow-up and conversion • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process • Build rapport quickly and identify customer needs to offer tailored solutions • Track all sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in HubSpot CRM • Collaborate with the service operations team using Housecall Pro • Develop deep product knowledge and sales techniques • Mentor and support new sales team members as the team expands • Contribute ideas for process improvements and sales strategies • Transition into a Sales Team Lead role, coaching and guiding other representatives
Job Requirements
- 1+ years of inside sales or customer service experience
- Excellent verbal communication skills with strong English proficiency and minimal accent
- Proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets
- Comfortable handling high call volumes in a fast-paced environment
- Natural relationship-builder who connects easily with customers
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Experience with short sales cycles and inbound lead conversion
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Housecall Pro, or similar CRM/service platforms
- Background in home services, field services, or similar industries
- Previous experience coaching or mentoring team members
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
