Job Requirements
- A higher education degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud programs (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Experience using Figma for web design
- Excellent creative, problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal English and Lithuanian skills

This role requires you to work in an APAC-friendly time zone, starting at 5:30 a.m. IST. Role - NPI & Sustain Asset Management: Lead the adaptation of 2D retail assets for product launches and sustain phases. Create and distribute region-led master templates that local markets can easily adapt, ensuring speed and consistency. - Bespoke campaign conceptualisation: Conceptualise and design bespoke seasonal or sustainable campaigns that resonate with regional audiences across both offline print and online channels. - Regional Retail Playbook & Guidelines: Help build and enhance the regional retail creative playbook and guidelines, and propose new innovative CX ideas that fit regional needs. - Technical Production & Colour Mastery: Act as the technical authority on physical production. Manage complex print specifications, review physical proofs (G7 certified technical proofs) for colour accuracy, and advise on material substrates to ensure premium execution in 1P and 3P environments. Own the colourproofing program in APAC to ensure quality print production in APAC 3P channels. - Retail Audits: Review prototypes and first-off-production samples to ensure colour accuracy and material quality meet brand standards. - Creative Brand Guardian: Safeguard our retail brand by reviewing local markets and partners’ creative execution; providing guidance on improving creatives based on global brand standards. - AI & Innovation Leadership in Creative: Pioneer the use of AI tools for creative strategy and production. Champion and implement new AI tools, set up AI-centred creative workflows for predictive visual analytics (testing concepts before production), automated asset variation, and personalised content generation to increase relevance at scale. Qualifications - BA/BS degree or equivalent experience - 6+ years in graphic design with a heavy specialisation in Print Production or Pre-Press. Experience in a retail studio or production house is highly valued. - Deep understanding of the differences between RGB and CMYK, ink limits, bleeds, die-lines, and large-format printing constraints. - Proficient in digital design standards (HTML5 banner specs, social media ratios) to support omnichannel adaptation. - Absolute mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). • Design and preparation of Substation Drawings: Site Layout, Location, and Grading Plans • Erosion & Sediment Control Plan • Stormwater Management Plan • Foundation Plan & Details Structures • Key Plan Structural Erection & Detail Drawings • Oil Containment Detail Drawings • Demolition Drawings • Substation 3D Model Development of Bill of Materials based on Design Criteria • Coordination with physical, protection & controls, and drafting disciplines to ensure quality deliverables • Participate in client meetings and perform site visits for data gathering as required • Interpreting and incorporating vendor information into design deliverables • Apply client standards related to the work • Perform/ensure company’s Quality assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) processes are being followed on all design packages • Continuous improvement of job-related engineering, technical and professional knowledge, skills, and performance
• Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of team personnel to deliver projects on time and on budget while accomplishing the goals and objectives of the projects • Directs and/or provides technical leadership to team for engineering design and construction functions within assigned projects • Utilizes thorough understanding of National Electric Safety Code (NESC) Standards, Client Standards, State or Local Municipal Guidelines, and/or other applicable guidelines to manage team through engineering designs (Pole Replacements, Communication Space Rearrangements, Joint-Use Design) for possible joint-use or make-ready construction • Manages team productivity and ensures projects are closed out and invoiced accordingly • Supports leadership team with client onboarding, contract negotiations, and extended relationship development to grow Orbital UII business • Schedules work according to contractual agreements and assigns team personnel to appropriately meet agreement teams • Responsible for development of customer proposals, including detailed technical scope, schedule, budget, and resource management • Regularly interfaces directly with clients or contractors to ensure department projects are executed in alignment with scope • Communicates potential strategic initiatives or team risks to internal management team • Regularly works with internal stakeholders to ensure team has necessary resources to remain productive and effective • Provides personnel orientation/training, mentorship, coaching, and disciplinary action • Completes quality assurance practices on team deliverables to ensure the highest quality product possible • Conducts performance evaluations for department team members
