Regional Sales Manager, Power Generation

• Lead sales efforts in the backup power generation sector. • Manage relationships with existing customers and partners. • Expand customer base and increase revenues through direct sales. • Work closely with influencers and collaborators in target markets. • Present technical features and benefits of products. • Achieve established territory sales targets and quotas. • Develop and implement tactical sales and marketing plans. • Recommend and develop sales and marketing tools, standards, and procedures. • Identify and propose new product concepts. • Develop channels to market and recruit sales staff, distributors, and dealers. • Provide training and support for distributors and representatives.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in sales management within the power generation or backup power industry.
- Strong technical understanding of power generation systems and ancillary equipment.
- Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective customer engagement.
- Ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
- Adept in conducting market analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Goal-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Successfully manage customer accounts and insuring DuBois programs are effectively implemented and properly operating • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customer accounts and customer • Ability to manage complex accounts including high level contacts • Grow existing customer base of business through additional DuBois offerings • Manage mid to large size and complex accounts, with a territory sales volume of $3M to $5M • Possess a high degree of technical knowledge for customer applications and DuBois product line and feed equipment • Collaboratively work with other teammates in effort to support a high degree of customer satisfaction • Successfully complete the DuBois field training program
