Regional Sales Manager
Surepoint
• Oversight and expansion of SurePoint Ag’s dealer network along with other distribution channels • Acquire in-depth knowledge of markets pertinent to SurePoint products • Collaborate with dealers to formulate a marketing plan that aligns with SurePoint’s business objectives • Work closely with territory teams to drive sales growth and enhance dealer proficiency across all product categories • Identify, recruit, and train new dealers • Evaluate existing dealers • Develop dealer specific growth plans • Assess current dealer processes • Identify where the process needs to go • Develop strategic plan to ensure dealer success • Offer continuous guidance and assistance to territory teams • Empower the sales team to confidently present and recommend SurePoint Ag products through comprehensive product training and ongoing support initiatives • Develop & lead strategic sales & marketing programs to ensure sales goals • Receive and handle product and sales calls from dealers, customers and coworkers • Lead dealer training and product focus meetings • Maintain strong relationships with dealers and the ag community • Work with the territory team to address warranty and accounts receivable issues • Support new market development and product launches
