Account Executive
Majestic Steel USA
• Build and strengthen relationships with customers through on-site visits, needs assessments, and consultative selling. • Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned markets. • Manage existing accounts to ensure retention, satisfaction, and growth. • Present Majestic’s products and value-added services to educate and influence purchasing decisions. • Analyze account performance and develop strategies to increase sales and market share. • Collaborate with internal teams—including operations, procurement, and customer service—to deliver seamless customer experiences. • Prepare and maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and customer documentation. • Represent Majestic at trade shows, product seminars, and industry events while staying informed on steel market trends and competitive activity. • Other job-related duties and special projects as assigned
Job Requirements
- Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum four (4) years of consultative sales experience, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
- Two (2) years of outside sales experience in steel, metal, or related industry.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and Windows-based applications.
- Proven success achieving or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship builder who connects authentically with customers.
- Strategic, self-motivated, and able to work independently with sound judgment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Must be able to work outside normal business hours as needed.
- Proven ability to work efficiently from a home office setting.
- Up to 75% travel within assigned territory
