Solution Architect – Enterprise Performance Management

• Design end-to-end EPM solutions on JustPerform, aligned with enterprise architecture standards. • Build multidimensional models, hierarchies, business rules, and planning/consolidation logic. • Define solution blueprints covering data integration, workflow, automation, and reporting. • Lead the configuration, testing, and deployment of EPM solutions. • Integrate data from ERP and source systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.). • Ensure solution quality through UAT, performance validation, and optimization. • Partner with finance, accounting, FP&A, and business teams to translate requirements into practical solutions. • Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, validate business rules, and manage expectations. • Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Provide best-practice guidance to consultants and delivery teams. • Establish modeling standards, governance frameworks, and reusable design patterns. • Support proof-of-concept work and continuous improvement initiatives. • Contribute to project planning, estimation, and resource planning. • Identify risks and ensure deliverables are completed to high quality within timelines. • Support change management activities, training, and knowledge transfer.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience implementing EPM/FP&A solutions (e.g., Oracle EPM, OneStream, SAP BPC, Anaplan, Workday Adaptive, Pigment, or similar).
- Strong background in financial processes (budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, reporting).
- Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale EPM or FP&A solutions.
- Deep understanding of planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and financial reporting concepts.
- Strong multidimensional modeling skills (dimensions, hierarchies, business rules, allocations).
- Experience with data integration, ETL/ELT processes, and API-based integrations.
- Proficiency in SQL, MDX, or equivalent modeling/logic languages.
- Ability to translate complex business processes into structured models.
- Strong communication skills in English required.
