• Deliver to achieve sales goals specified in the individual OP • Develop and manage assigned areas/ focus markets to align with company direction • Manage & monitor personal sales performance against targets and contribute to team performance with minimum risk exposure • Cooperate with the Market Management team to steer response areas • Deliver customer-added value programs called KES - Klüber Efficiency Support • Ensure full utilization of Sales CRM as a key sales process tool • Work with Marketing Communication to promote Klueber Brand and Value to markets • Support the Technical & Service team in Inspection services to demonstrate Klueber service value to customers • Provide continuous technical and commercial support to customers according to their needs • Assist OEMs with general and exclusive recommendations of Klüber products to support domestic and international sales • Enable Klüber to strengthen its position as the market leader in the special lubricants sector • Deliver HSSE target and adapt to achieve a proactive HSSE culture
Job Requirements
- Strong experience of at least 5 years in Sales & Marketing
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related
- Knowledge of local lubricant market and key products
- Sales-oriented attitude, open-minded and sociable
- Able to travel in upcountry and determined to sell high-quality products
- Good command of English and outstanding communication skills
- Entrepreneurial thinking with a professional attitude, ready to take initiatives
- Sound technical knowledge, especially about machine elements, degree as an engineer or equivalent knowledge obtained in practice
- Possess a driving license
