Business Development Manager, Small Molecules
Eurofins
• Acquisition and development of clients in the pharmaceutical products sector in the Swiss market • Advising customers on required services for small-molecule analysis • Independently preparing proposals for testing pharmaceutical products and raw materials • Planning and organizing sales activities in this area to achieve sales targets • Participating in relevant conferences, trade shows and workshops • Project-based collaboration with partner laboratories within the international Eurofins network • Updating and maintaining relevant IT systems, e.g., the customer database (CRM software)
Job Requirements
- Degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., natural sciences, chemistry, pharmacy)
- Sales experience and a strong commitment to customer service and sales
- Knowledge of GMP requirements and chemical analysis
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Proficient with common computer applications (MS Office, CRM systems)
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Willingness to travel approximately 40% within Switzerland
