Job Description

Performance, Meta & Google Ads Buyer

AmA Invest

• Develop and update the performance strategy for Meta and Google. • Create media plans with forecasts: budget, reach, clicks, CPA/CPC, expected ROMI. • Set up and manage campaigns in Meta Ads and Google Ads. • Optimize for: CPC, CPA, ROMI, ROAS. • Plan and launch advertising taking into account Meta and Google rules for sensitive categories. • Formulate hypotheses and provide briefs to the designer for creatives. • Set up and use tracking setups: GA4, pixels/conversions, UTMs.

Job Requirements

  • Experience from 3 years in performance / media buying with a focus on Meta + Google Ads.
  • Real experience working with offline business: retail, HoReCa, services, medical clinics, fitness, wellness, or similar categories.
  • Skill in building and optimizing the funnel: from impression to visit and purchase.
  • Confident command of tools: Meta Ads Manager; Google Ads; GA4; Basic GTM / event/conversion setup; Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Ability to work under restrictions and platform policies.
  • Languages: English not lower than Upper-Intermediate.
