• Develop and update the performance strategy for Meta and Google. • Create media plans with forecasts: budget, reach, clicks, CPA/CPC, expected ROMI. • Set up and manage campaigns in Meta Ads and Google Ads. • Optimize for: CPC, CPA, ROMI, ROAS. • Plan and launch advertising taking into account Meta and Google rules for sensitive categories. • Formulate hypotheses and provide briefs to the designer for creatives. • Set up and use tracking setups: GA4, pixels/conversions, UTMs.

• Monitoring mentions and reviews • Daily monitoring of brand and WeedeN store mentions: Social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Telegram, LINE, etc.). • Forums / chats for expats and tourists. • Reviews on travel platforms (as needed). • Set up and maintain an alert system: new reviews, negativity, spikes in discussion, potential PR topics, and crises. • Maintain a database of reviews and mentions: topic, sentiment, language, store, reason for negativity/praise. • Promptly and professionally respond to reviews. • Develop and maintain a response guide (playbook). • Establish logic: which cases we solve ourselves, and which we escalate to stores, operators, or lawyers. • Help translate and adapt responses in different languages: minimum English, Thai (with support from the internal team). • Analyze store and brand ratings across key platforms: dynamics, drop-off points, strong points. • Launch initiatives to increase ratings together with the operations team. • Propose and implement initiatives to improve customer experience based on review data. • Prepare monthly and quarterly reputation analytics. • Formulate actionable conclusions: what needs to change in service, communication, or product. • Track how changes affect reviews and ratings together with the marketing and retail departments.
SMM Manager

• Develop and regularly update the content strategy for key platforms taking into account advertising restrictions in Thailand. • Manage the content plan: rubrics, formats, tone of voice, tie-in to seasons, events, brand “states”, launch of new SKUs and activities in stores. • Create and adapt content: texts, scripts, stories, Reels/shorts, simple visuals (in coordination with the designer and brand team). • Manage daily: posts, stories, replies in comments and direct messages, basic moderation. • Work with UGC: come up with mechanics that provoke content from store guests. • Help launch and promote offline activities through social networks. • Participate in the selection of influencers. • Monitor key metrics: reach, ER, subscriber growth, engagement, link clicks, saves, replies to stories, etc. • Prepare brief reports on campaigns and months: what worked, what didn't, which formats and topics give the best result. • Constantly test new formats: Reels, polls, guides, carousels, live formats, collab content.
