• Manage aspects of client/university partner interface of the Charter Air department • Duties include the sourcing to collection lifecycle for charter air transportation • Maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with the charter departments at commercial airlines, as well as charter air carriers in various regions across the United States and the world • Successfully manages the relationship, selection, and contracting processes for our collegiate and event clients • A key part of the team and may be responsible for overseeing the Charter Air Coordinators • Helps to maintain strong relationships with university partners and works closely with charter air carriers • Charter coordination and communication with Anthony Travel onsite athletics personnel as well as Event Managers throughout the organization • Helps to ensure Anthony Travel is receiving the best available rates in the market • Assists with managing contracts to minimize risk and maximize revenue to company • Performs situation analysis and decision making • Works with charter air liaisons to ensure charters are prepared for events and address customer service issues • Takes initiative to identify solutions to solve particular process or business problems • Manages all aspects of air charter process • Client reporting, accuracy and consistency with procedures and policies, data/information setup in travel management systems, customer travel experience, including coordination with carriers, TSA, airports and flight interruptions

• Manage client invoicing, royalty tracking, client payments, and summaries based on requirements in representation agreement on allocated portfolio of clients • Review royalty report input to CRM and Guarantee/Royalty tracker for all deals/clients allocated to this role • Work with Accounting and Operations team to pull together Ad Hoc Requests (Clients/Internal) • Update quarterly projections per calendar provided by corporate • Audit requests for clients (Internal & External) allocated to this role and with review of Senior Accounting member • Perform monthly financial close responsibilities for Licensing
• Close premium hospitality and ticket-inclusive experiences across assigned EMEA territories and target markets for LA28 Olympic Games. • Achieve and exceed individual revenue targets by converting qualified inbound leads and executing proactive outbound prospecting strategies. • Drive deals to close through effective needs discovery, solution positioning, objection handling, and negotiation. • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from individuals, corporates, and agencies, converting demand into confirmed sales. • Execute structured outbound sales campaigns to targeted companies, accounts, and high-net-worth prospects within defined EMEA markets. • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, prioritizing high-probability opportunities and advancing them through the funnel. • Develop deep understanding of assigned EMEA markets, including cultural nuances, buying behaviors, and corporate hospitality dynamics. • Execute market-specific sales strategies aligned with regional revenue objectives and global premium sales priorities. • Build trusted advisor relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle and beyond the transaction. • Deliver compelling presentations and proposals aligned to client objectives and budgets. • Ensure a seamless handoff to service and delivery teams following deal close. • Own the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract execution and deposit/payment collection. • Accurately document all activities, forecasts, and deal stages in CRM tools. • Provide regular pipeline, forecast, and performance reporting to sales leadership. • Work closely with global premium sales leadership and support teams to align on pricing, inventory, and market strategy. • Partner with operations and fulfillment teams to ensure products sold are delivered as promised.
• Manage client relationships (both internal and external) as it relates to work assigned. • Ability to manage a high volume of individual air, hotel and rental car needs along with hotel credit card authorization needs prior to coaches arrival to camps. • Provide emergency and after-hours service to travelers, especially during peak client event months. • Coordinate communication of traveler itineraries and changes with client staff. • Know and properly use: airline terminology, codes, fare basis, airline rules and tariffs, resource guides, books, and industry contacts. • Know and understand how to book hotels (both individual and groups) as well as an ability to handle and manage credit card authorizations prior to coaches arrival for camps. • Know and can book rental cars when needed. • Accurately and timely data management. • Remain informed of all airline rules and regulations and current affairs. • Maintain a professional working relationship with the clients while representing the Company.
• Own and evolve Azure infrastructure using Terraform — networking, compute, managed services, and secrets • Manage Kubernetes clusters and Helm-based deployments for a distributed microservices platform • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps) that keep deployments fast and safe • Define and improve observability: metrics, logging, alerting, and tracing across services • Lead incident response — drive resolution, write postmortems, and follow through on reliability improvements • Manage PostgreSQL infrastructure: backups, replication, failover, and query performance • Collaborate closely with engineers to improve local development environments and deployment workflows • Enforce security best practices: secrets management, network policies, access controls, and vulnerability scanning
• Responsible for the Accounting and Financial accuracy of the NCAA Ground Transportation program, including processing invoices, reconciling payments, and preparing financial reports or data analyses. • Handle all accounts payable/receivable with the NCAA and its member institutions. • Following up on outstanding payments from clients. • Perform routine accounting tasks in a timely manner. • Audit all work, invoices, contracts, holds, and deposits to ensure accuracy. • Create and review client and vendor reports, including key data and financial information. • Manage and report out on KPIs. • Investigate and resolve Institution, NCAA, and vendor issues regarding services or billing. • Work effectively with team members from various departments and locations.

• Handle vacation coverages for our one-person onsite schools. • Arrange all aspects of athletic individual travel including GDS domestic and international air, hotel, and car bookings. • Arrange all aspects of athletic team travel including group contract air, group hotel block, and charter bus bookings. • Calculate and perform exchanges including group and individual travel, both domestic and international. • Manage group hotel and bus invoicing to meet monthly deadlines. • Understand Anthony Travel Group Airline Benefits. • Understand Anthony Travel Preferred Bus and Hotel Programs. • Provide excellent customer service to both external and internal customers via phone and email correspondence.
