Account Manager
Local Hero
• Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate partners, serving as a key point of contact and trusted advisor • Grow client accounts through corporate location expansion, subsidized budget acquisition, franchisor and franchisee referrals, and new product ideas • Collaborate with clients to identify and facilitate the development of branded digital advertising creative campaigns • Own and facilitate inbound/outbound client communications and performance • Facilitate periodic business health reviews • Translate account performance data into clear narratives and actionable insight • Stay current on digital advertising and local marketing trends • Be accountable for retaining clients and identifying/addressing churn risks • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, creative, operation and media • Track and maintain accurate account records, forecasting, and pipeline • Represent Local Hero with professionalism and empathy
Job Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in account management or client success in a digital marketing or related environment
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Proven track record of retaining and growing client accounts
- Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience building and managing client pipelines with a structured, deadline-driven approach
- Comfort interpreting and presenting media/performance metrics (impressions, CTR, clicks, CPC, etc.)
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously without dropping the ball
