• Collaborating with developers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to further refine project scope and requirements • Creating clear, thorough documentation throughout the project lifecycle • Tracking project progress and ensuring alignment between technical and business teams • Testing functionality in our systems at each development stage to ensure quality and accuracy • Working primarily with Oracle EBS and web development tools to implement and validate solutions

• Develop and maintain global standards for supplier and purchasing master data • Analyze end-to-end vendor master data processes • Strengthen controls around bank details and supplier onboarding • Collaborate with IT to enhance vendor master data functionality • Contribute to STP transformation initiatives

• Conduct user research to understand real pain points in onboarding, portal usage, and internal operations. • Own the B2B onboarding journey - define and map user flows, create wireframes and detailed specifications, identify automation opportunities, and work with all teams to embed regulatory requirements seamlessly. • Own the client portal strategy - design workflows that reduce support tickets through self-service and automation. • Design the internal operations portal - dashboards, workflows, and efficiency tools that make your team faster. • Design workflows that leverage AI and automation to handle routine work. • Define success metrics, analyze user behavior and bottlenecks, and continuously iterate based on data. • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure all systems work together as one coherent experience.

• Effectively document current state, through observation and interviews with key stakeholders and primary end-users. • Gather requirements from end-users and other key stakeholders to establish the gaps between current state and future state. • Create business requirement and user stories, acceptance criteria and test cases based on project methodology, and obtain sign-off from key stakeholders, ensure scope of project is communicated and accepted. • Collaborate with the Business Analyst Team and Developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications. • Coordinate project completion, documentation, and transition to close with internal Marco teams.
