• Effectively document current state, through observation and interviews with key stakeholders and primary end-users. • Gather requirements from end-users and other key stakeholders to establish the gaps between current state and future state. • Create business requirement and user stories, acceptance criteria and test cases based on project methodology, and obtain sign-off from key stakeholders, ensure scope of project is communicated and accepted. • Collaborate with the Business Analyst Team and Developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications. • Coordinate project completion, documentation, and transition to close with internal Marco teams.

• Will work closely with the assigned Project Manager to ensure that the scope of the project is well defined and tracked • Responsible for gathering and documenting requirements for implementation of IT Systems, Enhancements, and Features • Evaluate existing business solutions (processes and systems), identify requirements and develop strategies to maximize opportunities. • Facilitate and/or support meetings to illicit requirements from the business users and stakeholders. • Review documents from business users and stakeholder as inputs to requirements gathering activities. • Write Business Requirements Documents that will be inputs to the Project Development and Testing phases among others • Write Business Process Documents that will be references of business users and stakeholders on the post implementation changes in processes • Write Requirements Traceability Matrix to properly track and validate delivery of requirements and features. • Evaluate existing business solutions (processes and systems), identify requirements and develop strategies to maximize opportunities. • Defect management by prompt turnaround of defects from reporting to verification, and closure. • Can also translate Business Requirements into test cases. • Assist users in clarifying requirements and defining acceptance criteria for testing of automated systems.

• Keyword Research: Identify and prioritize high-impact keywords (including branded, non-branded, and long-tail) to improve product listings' organic search visibility. • Competitor Insights: Find and evaluate 5–10 relevant direct competitors for specific product listings, providing actionable recommendations. • Competitive Analysis: Assess product positioning and analyze Amazon search results to evaluate how products rank compared to competitors. • Report Preparation: Create concise, data-driven reports with findings and strategic optimization recommendations. • Team Collaboration: Share insights with team members to refine SEO and listing optimization strategies.
